I got past first web page ,rooms dont look very big ,but may be wrong just the pictures taken.

Think better work on web site might help your business more ,but just idea of course

As far as I know,no songtaews have WiFi but a few may have HDMI.Sorry,couldn't resist.It does state free Wifi on their site.

Like you said,5 mins by bus does sound closer if no traffic on the WS end of Beach Road.
