Forum Members who visited a topic feature

The board has a new modification to keep track of which members visited a topic. It was only installed today, so the list is rather short on any topic, but it does indicate how many have read a topic, and who they are.

 

You can find this "report" at the very bottom of a topic's page...below the FAST REPLY box.

I got to say I don't see the value here, but what the hey? Information not only wants to be free, it *is* free. Who knows? One day it may be crucial for my defence team to know that farman squeezed in just in front of me in the thread.

I sort of agree with him. It seems to take up a lot of space at the bottom of the page and I misinterpret it as a list of those currently reading the thread.
