……And United caught in "Fergie Time"! Sir Misery not a happy bunny ! :( Personally I reckon an away draw to the team in 3rd place is a fair enough result, and I still think the League is won. :gulp

Hi,

Chelsea prove too strong for a spirited but poor Arsenal team.

Sorry, they weren't too spirited in the first half from what I saw. Looked like men vs boys.

Sagna had a howler at right back, or did he think he was playing right wing?

Giroud missed a good chance, Mata didn't.

Arsenal can really turn it on at times and are still gelling as a team but they need to have more physical presence on the pitch against the top clubs.

Too many finesse players that become invisible at key moments, IMHO.

One more bad year for the Arsenal :cry1 :frustrated1:

Hi,

I think they are at their worst since Wenger took over. I disagree with Alan Hansen that de Gea cost United 3 points in their game against Spurs. I think he was Man of the Match and made several great saves that few keepers would have made.Spurs would have been 3 or 4 up if another keeper was in goal.

Hi,

After Man Utds lucky win against Southampton Man City really need to beat Liverpool to keep hopes of catching them in the race for the title.

Hi,

Man Utd win a tough away game to go 10 points clear in the race for the title. Everton slip up against Villa to give Spurs and Arsenal hope of a Champions League spot. Chelsea are beaten at the death again.Harry seems to have a tough job of keeping QPR in the league as their opponents keep nicking points.

I have very detailed explanations behind my predictions but I won't bore you with them I'll just tell you what they are. The top four from first to fourth will be:

Manchester United

Manchester City

Chelsea

Arsenal

My prediction looking pretty good with thirteen games to go. :thumbup

Top two for sure; Chelsea though are in a sort of free-fall at the mo', and I would take a punt on Spurs with Arsenal fighting it out with Liverpool for the 4th spot. Unfortunately I find it hard to see any Premier League presence in the Final 16 of the Champions League, but then again few would have predicted Chelski last year. Maybe it is Arsenal's turn !!!!! :llaugh

Hi,

The scousers were robbed in Manchester. Are Liverpool on the way back to the form that make them the biggest team in England on results ? Khun Aquero lands another bet for wac by scoring a great goal from an impossible angle. One of the best pros to have played in the League, quietly going about his job.

No, they're not.

Hi,

It remains to be seen. It looks like Man Utd have regained the title this year. Many of the top players had an off day yesterday after the International friendly break. I think a lot of them must have gone on the piss.

Yeah you're right, it remains to be seen. I for one am still waiting because the last time I checked they're in eighth position and twenty-nine points behind United. I think if anything, you go on the piss before you make most of your comments in this thread because you very often make it sound like you have a very limited knowledge of football.

Hi,

After Liverpools defeat last night, I think we can safely award the title to Man Utd. I'm happy for Giggs who is a great pro and RVP who carried Arsenal to the Champions League qualification spot last year.

I'm happy for Steve Clark. He's done an outstanding job with The Baggies and always talks a lot of sense.

+1 Tom.

Liverpool are so inconsistent, bully the minnows but rarely show up for the full 90 minutes against the big guns.

They were talking lately of top four for the Kop ... dreaming!

Tottenham playing some attractive footy at the moment, a pleasure to watch. If only Stoke could do the same. :ninja:

Liverpool haven't been in the title race all season and even if they would have won on Monday night they would still have been twenty-six points behind them. Am I missing something here? Perhaps you can enlighten us all and explain why it needed Liverpool to lose on Monday night for the title to be awarded to United?

Yes the surprise package for me, I even tipped them to get relegated before the season started. They've done brilliantly.

I'm not so sure. For me, Harry's definitely one of the top four English managers in the Premiership. :ninja:

At least for entertainment value!

He's certainly not shy to spend others' money!

A mere 100,000 quid a week for Samba??? Fookin ludicrous wages for a team in last spot!

No you are not!

Liverpool will be "rebuilding" for a long time.

Man U have a great attacking team this year. Defense was a concern but getting better. I reckon Begovic will be with yas next season.

Defence and Attack is all in place; It is a couple of real class midfielders that we need, and have done for a fair while really. I really thought Schneider was on his way, but he is a Dutchman, and they can be notoriously awkward to deal with when it comes to contract details, so maybe that was a stopper. Beckham should never have gone !!! :o

I was thrown a bit when I had a quick check to see how many English managers there were in The Premiership. It doesn't bode well for finding a successor to Hodgson. :ninja:
