Soi 13 Construction

What's the latest on the ground info on construction in the Soi 13 area ? There were at least 3 different constructions taking place last Sept , are these all finished yet . I hope to be staying there in a couple of weeks in 1 of the hotels .

The only thing that was taking place when I went by this past month was next to the recently opened Dynasty Inn.

There is construction between the Dynasty Inn and the condo to the beach side adjacent to the Sandy Spring.  I never heard it when I stayed in the Sandy Spring so it was no problem.  I spoke to a guy staying in the Dynasty and he thought it was fine and never mentioned noise.
