Hotel monthly rates

Just wondering if there are any suggestions for Pattaya central hotels that offer a monthly rate. My preferred option does not have one and gets a bit pricy over the high season. The only one I have seen of late is the Pattaya Bay Resort and with the on-site construction, this is off my list.

Bella Villa Prima on Soi 4 was 29k for one month or 19,500 per month if you stayed 3 months or longer. This info is a year old, so it may have gone up. It is a very good hotel and a short walk from the baht bus line when bringing girls back from W.S.

I one I use want 3 month minimum. I've heard some good reviews of this one, but I haven't used them personally

Areca Lodge certainly do monthly rates, but they are not published on their website.

Don't know what quality you are looking for but BayBreeze does monthly rates - advertised on their website. And they have just finished refurbishing the hotel (I think they have finished anyway).

The 'Inn of the Golden Crab' on Soi 13 does monthly rentals for a simple 1 bedroom with a small Kitchenette

In the end I wrote back to where I prefer to stay and got 100 baht a night reduction and this was for an actual room number that I have stayed in some times previously. At least thats something.
