I have stayed there many times and though it is an OK place to rent ,I have heard so many owners complain about the building management that I would think twice about buying there before the court battle ,unless it has been resolved ,is resolved,and the building is under much better new management.

Given that I am wary of buying because of the management ,if that has been resolved I would consider buying there as its a good price and the unit is big enough for a single old man who is only there for a few months of the year and is trying to downsize in any case.
