Sunview Place Soi Buakhao

Looking at rooms in Central Pattaya I came across this place. There are few up to date reviews and I wonder if anyone has stayed there.

Stayed them 6 or 7 times never had any problems gud clean rooms,friendly staff,small pool don't no wat it like for noise now the BB complex opened up just across from the hotel

I have stayed there twice, Rooms good value for the price considering the pool. Yes close to bars but some like that. baht bus out the front. Walk through the road next door to second road although a bit long winded. Take a beer. Tesco lotus and family mart within a minute. Charge for 2nd guest is an issue, Parking underneath if driving. It is actually only 10 minutes to Le Carre le Blanc if you take the short cuts and the same to Lk metro. Rooms are large enough and the security is friendly.

now have a big bar complex outside the hotel
