Business Wanted

Hi,



We're coming to Pattaya the 2nd week of November.



Our aim is to buy/lease a business. We are going to start up a bar/restaurant.



At the moment we're in the UK and going through 'talks' over a couple of businesses.



Do any of you know a business for sale. Even an empty unit in a good location would be considered.

A stroll down soi 7 or 8 normally reveals a few 'Bar For Sale' signs.

Not realy that type of bar he is looking at,will be mainly food restaraunt and bar,specialising in british,chinese/cantonese food,with take away,living ACCOM a must above too,hope i got that right PATTAYMAN

Yes, but that is how I got from soi 7 to soi 8!!!!!!!!

Perhaps Tequila Reef, Rosies or Pig and Whistle will be on the market soon.

don't do anything until you have been here minimum 6 months.\ and checked out the lie of the land.

 

unless you do that or something like that you will be cleaned out before you know it.

He isnt some novice mate,knows Pattaya well,and had business in Cambodia before,but no doubt he will appreciate the advice

I do. I know the odds are stacked aginst us but if I get a year or longer in this journey through life in Pattaya and some fun party nights and good times with people like yoursef then it will definitely have been worth it in my book.

Single would be fine.

 

We're hoping to get a 3+3 lease and rent's dependent on location. Anywhere from 20K a Month up to about 60K.

Find a nice airconditioned unit, make Martin an offer on the FLB logo stuff, bar equipment, Pattayatalk board, recruit Moulie and the staff. You are off and running.

 

Hell, find a bar/attached guest house with a few decent rooms. All the newbies who come across this board would love to find a friendly place to get their ears wet.

 

If I was 10 years older and had the dosh I would be on it like BigD on a 500 baht long time. (well, I might have the dosh, but can't risk my old age on it).

Noticed a plce for sale/lease on soi 8,during my walk,but its right next to king bar 2,which is a 60/40 katoy bar,think Cake from cherry bar works there,or she was meeting a male friend of her,s lol lol.

 

The shutter was up so i couldnt see the size etc,but do u want me to gewt the tel number for u.Didnt take my mobile out during walk,cant be arsed answering it,when i am enjoying myself lol
