Now you tell me! I have just paid a premium to fly with Thai.They have the only direct service between NZ and Bangkok.

Yep, wish this had come at another time too. I am flying both ways from Aust to LOS in just less than 3 weeks. Gives me something to think about, or means that I will have to board a little more pissed than normal. Oh well, we all have to put up with shit sometime.

Ermmm...sorry guys, but at least you can rest easy that they are still a global carrier with a relatively decent safety record, I think it's concerns , scrutiny and some regulatory tightening up needed...(along with the bolts that hold the wings on )

Well, that cuts out at least two takeoffs and two landings and those are the most dangerous parts of any flight.
