Immigration Registration : TM30 explained

Recommended Posts

Useful post and thanks,

Glad to read that I don't have to report myself in my own house......

I was delinquent when I had a friend or relative stay in the past though.

When I fill in my arrival card, I just put Pattaya as my address. I wonder if they will become sticklers for a full address at Immigration now.

This system tracks foreigners, but does nothing to track Thai people, the vast majority of the likely criminals in the population.

My guess is it will not be enforced or complied with after a few months.

I can't see the link on my tablet. Would somebody please post it again. I'm currently on holiday in The Gambia and would like to know if I need to report the day after I return next month. I'm on a retirement extension and rent my condo if that would help someone to guide me. Thanks.

Thanks for that, forcebewithu. I have just watched the video. However, it doesn't address the issue of a housemaster who ,like me now, goes abroad on holiday, then returns to his rented condo. That is, unless, as stated at the beginning of the video, the housemaster is already registered by way of his last 90 day report. Am I correct with that, and do I therefore assume that I don't need to report to immi on my return?

My situation is similar and I took it that way.

Until they tell me otherwise......

I always felt putting my full address on my Arrival TM6 covered me.
