Bikeshop with Fixed prices (new and used)?

Hi, 

I'm looking to buy my first bike. As this is an area I'm somewhat lost I would like to go to a shop that gives me a fixed price that is decent. I'm willing to pay a little premium to not be hustled and I would appreciate if the shop deals with foreigners on occasions. Where would you recommend? :)

Yes Mityon. Pond from the Beer Garden pointed me to an older fellow on Pattaya South road. He took good care of me initially and the following year with the tax stamp and service..He saw me lusting at the CBR and gently said a Click may be more appropriate to my needs. Just going to Villa market.
