why is hotmail/yahoo no good

i am new to your site [not to pattaya]i want to be a full member but only have hotmail and yahoo email address's witch are not good enough 4 me to join.can u advise me where to get an acceptable email address from.cherr's buna.cya march

I don't know what works. I have isp and an email provided by the ISP and they won't add me.

Web based generic addresses such as hotmail, yahoo, icq, altavista, mail.com, excite etc. will not be accepted.
