LHR to BKK

Hi,

Just recieved a e-mail from Thomas Cook U.K. about low fares in May and June 2004.

Flight from LHR to BKK, I pumped in for 3weeks end of May. I'm not travelling just want to check availability.

 

Gulf air ------ 352.20GBP

You can go via Bahrain, 4Hr stop over, leaving LHR 1000Hrs or via Muscat 2Hrs 20mins stopover, leaving LHR 1100Hrs.

Both flight get in BKK mid morning.

 

British Airways------ 394.40GBP

This is a non stop flight leaving LHR 2000Hrs arriving in BKK mid afternoon.

 

I went through the booking process and both flights were available.

 

These prices included all taxes.

Hi

Etihad Airways are a brand new airline based in Abu Dhabi where i am currently working ( I'm from Scotland BTW ) They are the new national carrier of the UAE.

They have only been operating for about 3 months and I believe have brand new planes

I dont know anyone who has used them yet so can't comment on service

They have been offering great deals Abu Dhabi - LHR and also Abu Dhabi -Bangkok so I thought they would have good deals LHR- Bangkok The flight will have a stop in Abu Dhabi but the airport here is nice very compact with a great duty free and there is a bar if your thirsty

Planning to maybe try them next I go from here to LOS

I usually go Thai or Emirates but Etihad at present about 100 pounds less so worth a try
