Landing on 1st July thinking i'll go to BKK for a few days,only done it once before stayed at the Woraburi Soi 4 very nice room,not the standard ones they're shit.Any bargains out there? Could do with a pool?

Took a few folks there for my 40th which was on a sunday so we had the carvery.LVP and myself had the chicken and had the runs for a few days each,nobody else had it so had to be that. Been there many times before and after and the food has always been brilliant so i'll chalk that bad experience down as a one off.

Wheels up soon and i've noticed i'm smiling more and more as each day goes by. Flights booked,Taxi's booked but still not made my choice of accomodation.Every one that owes me cash has paid up so moneys not an issue.So it's my regular J&P try down Jon Tiem or one of the others i have a quote on. I get there early hours wednesday 1st July so is there any thing big going on in July folks,anything planned? Is any one organising a night out in BKK for the Liverpool game?

Get a grip and for your next "self designed project" out source the pool to someone who knows what they're doing.

Wasn't asking for directions was asking if it was safe to walk it at night.As people have posted it's not safe to walk that route at night. If you say you got your asking price i don't beleive you and i think with the posts here no one else will as well. But with the money you've earned maybe a job in pool design is on the horizon.

Way i understand it there are certain firms that guarantee the price,any increase before you go they have to eat.

They were getting new planes with all the bells and whistles but after the trouble at the airport and the current financial situ they've been put on the back burner.I've just booked for July,got the same price you mentioned.

Always had the same room same hotel so always the same cleaner,she gets 100 a week tip.

Not knowing the area or whats around there i can't comment on the other shops,but with the space outside and in it looks a good buy for a retired person to supplement his cash. The 7/11's all do the same stuff so a bit of diversity might be needed but still think it looks a good prospect.Bit of music or TV on at night,offer burgers at night barby them outside.Just something different.

87 grand mmmm. Never been to the area mentioned so can't comment on that.But the photos posted don't show the place in a good light. Can't see no one shelling out that much when you could design and build your own for less.or how many condo's would this buy there? I think in Patts you could buy at least 6 and so have a good source of income from renting.
