I was shown about 4 GHs by an agent a couple of years ago. The basically all broke even and were being sold with "potential". imho, potential is worth feck all cash . I will only pay for whats actually there. The agent was talking about more BGs and spending on refurbing. It was a joke. The frightenting thing is that most businesses exaggerate their profits when selling. So maybe they were all running at a loss.

Gets a bad name for customer service. The owners wife has an attitude, and a waitress "called in the heavies" when she argued with a customer. I asked if they could do a cappucino without much foam. They said yes, but gave me a cup of foam Robins , Pattaya Beer Garden , Starbucks , places in Carrefour. Many good coffees in Pattaya.
