I would choose Bkk over Pattaya. It's an amazing city with so much to do. I only went to Patts because it worked out a lot cheaper over a few months.

I have heard of people doing so.Not sure if they just made a doorway though, to make a separate room. You would be better to buy in the bigger building, which is better, and has bigger units. I think they are around 40m.
