Yes, there can be some total assholes out there. Personally I would name and shame with the hope that if anyone should enter his name on Google like another prospective landlord or employer they will be pre-warned what a total tosser he is. Another line is, you say his girlfriend/wife worked locally, many multi-international companies have a good reputation and their employees viewed as good tenants and this sort of behaver would not be tolerated.

I have a work colleague who is heavily into martial arts , in particular Thai boxing. He is asking me to purchase for him some “Fairtex” boxing gloves, Is this the same Fairtex as in the well advertised Pattaya gym? Any suggestion on where to buy? Are the prices a good bargain in Pattaya? What is the typical price in Pattaya for boxing gloves? would be grateful for any advice or opinions.
