Sorry to hear of your predicament. Hope every thing goes O K for you I am 53, 2years ago my father died , his last words to me was live your life you are not here long , How true. I have flow with Qatar airlines a few times very good , as for drinking in dohar , you won't be in they long enough , every time i have flown with them ,you get off the plane and straight back on the uther one and away in a mater of minutes

I have done it myself at Ranong. 3 hours from phuket. thats the visa run for Phuket. I went to immigration, They stamp my passport out of Thailand, I had to fill a form in the same one you get when you come by air into Thaiand. In fact you should still have one stapeled to your passport, use that one , Go get your passport stamped where ever you go, Cambodia, Burma.then go back to Immigration in Thailand and get your new visa form stamped to your passport. Dont know what they charge in Cambodia , I know its 10 American dollers in Burma, because its cheaper that Thai bahrt..Word of warning che
