Been to the last couple of Test Matches and have to say we have romped home with probably one of the best English Test Match sides in years. It's been a great few years for English cricket beating pretty much everyone. The real challenge is now to go on and dominate for years to come. I think the English FA came out of this with real dignity, how can you have an election with only one person standing? Personally I despise Blatter and that prick Platini. I'm out in Patts for just a couple of weeks on this trip and last night started my evening on The Darkside Soi Khao Noi. It's a great way to start the night with some terrific bars Flintstones and Dao Bar are great places to go and plenty of fun to be had. I also popped into Kolobos Pub run by a great girl called Chongdee, was made to feel very welcome enjoyed a few cold beers at reasonable prices then headed off into the Madness that is Walking Street. I noticed on my last trip that the food quality had declined slightly and waiting time had increased. I'm a massive fan of the place and would still suggest it to friends as the bar is in a great location , represents good value for money and polite staff. I'll watch the world cup but honestly a 6 series one day series plus the T20's is a bit to much. We played the Aussie's last summer in a One day series I just think it's complete over kill . No doubt England have been well tonked, the last series in Australia we won the One day series but lost the Ashes, it really meant fuck all to me. Anyway well done Australia I hope you continue to dominate 1 day cricket against England for years to come, just as long as we continue to hold The Ashes.
