I used to be a Painter/Decorator, your demands don't seem to be too much to ask, why don't you DIY? It really isn't that difficult to put emulsion on to a wall and can be enormously satisfying when you have finished, just keep a sponge and a bucket of clean warm water handy for any mistakes.

I disagree with the general feeling so far expressed about the toilet attendants, I`m not just saying this to be difficult as some will accuse me of, I do have a reason which I will explain! My girlfriend introduced me to Japanese food about a year ago, must admit I had my reservations and thought I would be coming out of the joint still hungry. Thanks Joe, but I think you may have misunderstood part of my post. I already own all my own equipment here at home, I`m not planning to buy gear in Thailand.

You may or may not know (or care) but I have recently taken up Golf in an effort to get some excercise. This a recent development since my last trip to Thailand last January, so I haven`t played in Thailand yet. I`m hoping to get at least one days golfing on my upcoming holiday. So what can I expect in terms of availability, will the courses be packed? Can I hire equipment easily enough? Will it cost an arm and a leg? Any info from folks in the know appreciated.
