The end of the season has been a let down, the big money teams like Chelsea and City even Man Utd who finally started buying en masse safely in top 4... Was hoping run in would be good, but money buys success at the top... Burnley have done well as you say , Howe seems a top guy I would like them to stay in the division.... Chip, with the right groundwork and a bit of effort you will be able to find a place that you will make some money on when you sell, like all markets there is opportunities, there are also mug punts .... Greg B, any market is just that, there are winners and losers, on one hand you are saying "you wont get a condo cheap " then in the next breath "he is dropping 25% " I have bought a place and made a profit on it,,,, I found another a distressed buyer.. I also know a guy who has spent 3 million in rent in 12 years ... Would you say he made the right decision ?? One size does not fit all, some guys have bought houses for their girls and are happy there, others have bought them and got burnt.... There are investors waiting for " distressed " sellers, if you find an agent you trust he can find a property to your spec , even if it means he does not have one on his books he will share the commission with the agent who has the property. A good agent knows the market and how to ' match ' buyer and seller, I once told an agent what i wanted ,,, he took me to a hole in the ground ,, after he was aware I wanted a built place... As you I am a fan of one of the top 4, about 5 weeks ago it was wide open there would have been some great 6 pointers, Man utd contributed a lot playing that silly back 3, now 4 at back and the players settling they will be top four, Spurs were looking good and Liverpool ,,, The fair play cant be implemented , none of the big sponsors want the Bayern , Real, Chelsea, City or United off TV.. There are few contests in EPL the last few weeks from now on is all but dead..
