True! They were mostly happy the got refunds (London to Bangkok flights) and also being able to rebook say for over Xmas at no extra cost, Thai waved the difference.

I 'follow' Thai Air on Facebook, promotions etc. Have to say, they have lots of plaudits from customers for their updates re Covid19 and disruption, and their refund Policy.

Mostly yes, only ever used Thai once. Was going to again, what with the new planes. But I do the 9pm flight, and read here they reverted back to the older ones. Probably just stay with EVA, always cheaper, and i find them fine.

Just back from here, great selection,wfe was delighted they had hot pot as well lol. Will be back, definitely good value, was busy, but not packed, never had to wait on anything.

Was gonna try Thai again for the 9pm flight, but if same old planes as before, I'll stick with EVA, cheaper as well.
