i used them in feb no problems with them at all no hot water when i moved in sorted out in a couple of hours deposit given straight back expensive but ok

I rented from them in feb the only problem was with the cabel tv not working asked a few times to get it fixed unfortunatly that kind of thing needs to be done by the condo owner so they knocked 300 bht of the monthly bill .but price wise there was little in it and you do get a good choice of propertys i would use them again

so let me get this right you sent him a list of people complaining about his hotel all of whom apart from you have never stayed there

nova park are guest friendly if you e-mail them you can normaly get a better rate than whats on the net

there is one across the road from the bowling ally in south pattaya near the camalot hotel on 2nd rd

If you are looking in pattaya I have not seen anywhere selling real armani d+g prada etc although there is a CERRUTI shop in the royal garden plaza at about a third off uk prices

IMHO the landmark is very over priced even when discounted try the amari atrium better hotel and cheaper

when i last in pattaya i was speeking to kim (shenanagans/jamesons) and he was reviewing the menu as you stated earlier some foods just don't travel well when i use it fish travels well as does veg also the steak i tend to order as close to where i am staying as possible so i get it as fresh as possible

i would sugest travlers cheques marks and spencers charge only 1% and a visa card as back up if you loose you cash card you are liable if you loose your visa/mastercard the bank are liable

there are loads of places all the opticians ( loads of them ) sell them boots the chemist and all the big dept stores, they are about the same price as in the uk

it's a nice clean hotel no pool or room service but very quiet , also a very sexy receptionist

it's not near the shopping area but they do have a free shuttle bus that goes to patpong but you can get out on the way taxi back cost you about 50p

stayed there a couple of years back they are not guest freindly the joiner fee is 800bht and depending on who is on reception depends if you are charged or not .However the hotel is exellent value for money so even with the fee it's still great value

Stayed there in april only drawbacks no room service and no freezer compartment in the mini bar apart from that exellent no noise at all also girl on reception very nice walk in price b800

been a few times pay the extra for the more expensive room it's worth it
