I stayed in the Makati location in Manila last month for 4 nghts and it was as expected.Spotless,great bed,WiFi,ect. was included in Agoda price.

And if you had booked through Agoda,all the "extras" you quoted would have been included.

Just an update to the Tune theme.I have always found Agoda's rates for Tune to be less than the Tune site itself.Until today.Looking at both,the Tune site undercuts Agoda by several $ per day when the extras are thrown in.Plus as mentioned earlier,you accummulate BIG points though you also accru points on Agoda bookings.The weeks I compared are in May 2013.
