I hate the parties, I don't eat at the evenings and I hate the crowded bars... But my newbie mate got an invitation card for the party and I was unable to dissuade him... he wanted to see the party... These are the pictorial associations most of the world holds of Thailand. However the prostitution, organized crime and unreliable justice run in a deep, close parallel. The conflux of these things draws many male foreigners to Pattaya, Thailand’s Sin City, from retirees to sexpats. With enough time, behavior that would be unacceptable in the

Yeah... one of my favourite in Hungary I miss it really much here....cold, fried fatty goose / duck liver with his own fat on the toast ( no any pate thing, just natural ) and purple onion ... Calve liver costs150 baht / kilo in Hungary... the fatty duck / goose liver costs 700 baht / kilo. No fattened goose / duck liver in Thailand... it needs a special process to stodge the bird....some farmers even give them spirit to make bigger and fattier the liver... The difference between the " normal " and the fatty livers: ( one fatty liver must weight from 0.7 u

I see the problem not in the lack of the vests.... Most of the passengers went upstairs and the boat not simple sinked, but capsized... imagine the mass of the people fall on each others and the whole, heavy boat may fall on and overlie the feople in the water already... vest or not... see the many injured...

The typical Pattaya real estate scammer's nice try.....newbies learn.... When you buy it costs 10.000.000 and the market is busy, when you sell the same property costs 37 baht....and the marked is dead...

Sell mine in VT5 for 1.9 mill.... deal ?
-
What you see on the real estate websites sometimes misleading....nowadays the studios are on offer in the VT2A for 1.7-2mill... I bought easily one for 1.5 and an other for 1.58 mill....and I still have offers... one thing what the sellers want to receive and an other thing what they may receive if they really want to sell... I mean IF they really want to sell....see the 3/4 empty VT7 .... for years...the expected prices not meet the market prices....

Negotiate yourself....the lawyer has no any interest to make down the prices, unless you pay him the same sum he negotiated down...The same with the real estate agents... their cut depends from the actual price, so they want to bargain up the prices....You are alone.... I bargained down both of the condos I bought for rent out... ( 150.000 each... ) My strategy was.... Showing the 50.000 baht cash deposit in my hand and asking: Do you want it right now ? Or not ? Up to you...( It looks impressive... ) No any language barriers, just the smell of the cash...The maybe later, I must to think et

I'm not sure the thais knows the meat must be hold 7-10 days covered with vegetable oil to kill the possible dangerous germs....and must look like this:
