  1. Yeah, I absolutely love the place...... I really enjoy everything about it, and in all the times I've been there, I have never had a negative experience..
  2. Awesome EP.... Nice to see you taking the time to do this for the kids.....
  3. You might want to do a search for a place called Preecha.... I can only get there using various landmarks... It is about a 20 minute ride outside of town, BUT, worth the drive.... It is a wonderful Seafood Restaurant located a few steps from the waters edge. It is ranked up there in the top 2 or 3 restaurants Ive ever been to in Thailand, and is my absolute favorite for seafood. I'm sure one of the local guys can provide directions.... Oh, and the Price is extremely reasonable. I was there on my last trip, 4 of us ate like Kings (and Queens) and the price with drinks was under 280
  4. Sir, I think you will have a better response if you take the time and snap some pictures of the entire unit. The few that are on the website you provided will IMHO not do the trick. People will want to see the entire Studio and what it has to offer, Make sure your pictures include the view, the pool (If Any), The Bathroom, Cooking area, as well as all available amenities ... I think if you take a little time in putting together a nice presentation, it will serve you better in the long run...
  5. Awesome pictures, Thanks for the time putting it together
  6. Go early in the day Gabsy, and if possible try to avoid going on a Monday or a Friday.. I would also go when she is 3 days prior to her 30. Make sure she is not using a month to month count, as some months have a different amount of days in it.. Edit. Should have probably looked at the original date of the OP
  7. I haven't tried their burgers, but I do like the thick cut fries as opposed to the thinner ones we get here in the states.. I enjoy a good burger, so will give this one a try when I get back at the end of December.. I like a slice of tomato, a few pickles, sliced red onion, and a good piece of cheddar cheese. If a different cheese is offered, I would rather go without.
  8. I've always been a supporter of EVA Airlines. Always loved their Premium Laurel Class.
  9. That looks like a great way to spend a few hours.... Getting ready for an upcoming 2.5 month trip, and that will most certainly be a part of the trip.. Thanks to the OP for posting.
  10. Thanks for the review... The Vortex was cool
  11. What a spectacular report. It must have been Hell experiencing what the brave Men and Women were forced to endure all for the fight of freedom... Thank you.. It was awesome
  12. I have a cousin that lives on soi 33 in BKk.. He said if he ever has to go to hospital for any reason, his first choice would be in the United States.. If he could not wait, and needed treatment now, it would be Bumungrad, and nowhere else.
  13. I was once stopped with about 120,000 pesos.. I was leaving out of Manila to return back in about 2 weeks time. They saw the cash and simply made me go and exchange it. I had a copy of my return ticket with me, so I guess that helped.. That was the only time it's ever happened to me even though I always carry excess pesos and baht with me. The time they saw it, it was in a separate envelope which made it stick out like a sore thumb..all the other times, I just keep it lumped together with other paperwork, so it does not show up as easily.. I also keep it folded both in half and thirds
  14. I've had a few good steaks from Toscana on Beach Road..once in a while Luca gets some beef from Tuscany and it melts in your mouth..
  15. The place is and has always been good.. Been going there for years.. We usually start there every night for at least some drinks and appetizers, then work our way down to WS. The meals are good as well, in all the times I've been there, never had the up sell. It's good to see a place that offers a good product.. Yes it's a bit expensive, but the quality and ambiance is worth it.. It's good fun to go with a group, order a bunch of appetizers, and a few drinks. I'm not a real alcohol kind of guy, but the Mojito's are tasty...
