It certainly reads like it will be an ANA codeshare beyond Narita and the aircraft will be deployed elsewhere. I think the trouble with BKK is that the aircraft may appear full, but that's no good to the airline if everyone's on the cheapest tickets or using miles. Are there no other carriers, such as Asiana, that are an option?

You can get Toyota or Thai Rung MPV taxi at the public taxi stand. If there isn't one in the immediate queue, they'll call one forward from the holding pen - there's always plenty around. The airport (BKK) is meant to be introducing a better queueing system quite soon ... you log your destination and preferred taxi size and wait for your number (or something along those lines).

The re-entry permit will have the same validity as your current extension of stay. I don't use Jomtien but I understand they can be a bit picky if your "planned departure date" is more than a couple of weeks away.
