You need to re-read the thread to see who was looking for an argument. Why the second conditional? We're not talking about Bolton Wanderers. As it is, I can say with a fair degree of certainty that I've travelled to more European games to support English teams than you, atlas2 and Bushcraft combined. There are shuttle buses to both Suvarnabhumi and Mor Chit (every 20-30 mins) where you can catch a bus to Pattaya. For the BKK shuttle you should have a boarding pass or ticket from BKK, but they seldom ask. For Mor Chit (Bus A1) it's 30 Baht or thereabouts.

The way I view it is that it's no different to expecting a Man Utd supporter to cheer on Chelsea (or vice versa) in the Euro final.
