  1. The title of the article, is "Forgtten tool in P100 sparked fire" - the "forgotten tool" is most definitely the subject. Ask BigD. Since you only done a cut and paste, we can only guess what was the 'purpose' of your post - other than clutching at straws - if, indeed, it had any purpose. Given your track record, I certainly wouldn't assume that you knew very much at all. Do you have anything to back-up your assertion, or is it just another rant? I'm certainly not that dense that I believed the 787 was going to be delivered on time, to spec and within budget. One guy who does have his finger on the pulse is Ben Sandilands ...
  2. You missed a bit. Like you, the report has subsequently proved to have no credibility at all.
  3. There is and there is.
  4. See dontcha's recent posts. Available for 1k per night in high season - apparently. Soi 2 Inn
  5. One thing to remember is .... Remember Vought? How does the Boeing ad go? ... "They were so shit, I bought the Company!"
  6. Still being the operative word. You've been saying that for the last 3 years, FFS. It's worse than your "when I make the big move" nonsense. Well, maybe not quite that bad. Anyway, how many more times are you going to try and shift the goalposts ... it's either a big deal, or it's not.
  7. Nothing whatsoever to do with the rainy season. BTW - fon tok, not fon tuk.
  8. The original post was made two years ago. Edit in: Sorry, I overlapped with the previous post.
  9. The service is non-stop and starts on 1 April. Flight time is 13 hours, 4 times a week.
  10. They would blame the foreigners, wouldn't they.
  11. I don't think they were talking about the airline.
  12. There's a whole section dedicated to airline deals.
  13. I knew you were a bunch of fart bastards, but .... Meanwhile, the game-changing, revolutionary 787 can't carry any passengers. Why's that?
  14. It's an airplane, not a ship. Why did BigD start his threads to bash the Airbus A380 before it entered commercial service? If you're going to establish criteria, at least be consistent. Why? There's no question mark against the aircraft whatsoever. However, when your aircraft bursts into flames for no apparent reason ... then it's time to worry.
  15. The Jasmine is an excellent choice of base for that part of town. It also has the 24 hour Little Italy restaurant on the ground floor which has proved to be a life-saver for me on a few occasions.
  16. Since when was the presence of fare-paying passengers one of the criteria used to determine anything? He started two threads long before the A380 entered commercial service for no other reason than to feed his xenophobic rants.
  17. If that's what it takes, that's what they'll build. They move from one air-conditioned place to the next. Or go ice skating. No problem at all. On the other hand, ...... Milton Keynes??? Who told you there was no booze? Besides, it won't be unrealistic to stay in Bahrain and travel to the games from there - they'll no doubt build the linking bridge before 2022.
  18. The stadia and training facilities will be air conditioned to 27C.
  19. It was good enough for England to go and play Brazil there last year - and for Brazil and Argentina to play there two weeks ago.
  20. Second only to the IOC.
  21. How much are you prepared to spend?
  22. You were told ... twice.
  23. As you know there are several places under the "Fr Ray" umbrella - although the orphanage 'broke away' a year or two ago. Do a search on the orphanage and you'll find plenty of stuff.
  24. Somebody else did but I don't think dontcha was keen on naming the place. However, since he posted the view of Northshore and the arse end of the A1 Royal Cruise, it let the cat out of the bag. It'll be interesting to see if the place matches the Sabai Inn's low season rates - could be a bargain at 700/800 Baht a night. Personally, I like the area and the Sabai places tend to have something to fit most budgets.
  25. It's the Soi 2 Inn Serviced Apartments, next door to the excellent Sabai Inn (where the Welkom Inn used to be). 1k per night seems to be a reasonable price for the area - in line with the Sabai Inn. Soi 2 Inn Serviced Apartments
