  5. For those of you who are dying for some cheese. I would recommend the Millenium Hilton in Bangkok. The evening buffett at Flow restaurant is excellent. (1500 baht a person). It's not cheap but does include their cheese room which has about 20-30 different varieties of cheese. Partook of it myself on Friday and enjoyed it immensely. Good buffet and great cheese....

  13. Every time EVA air changes a deptaure time or arrival time I have had them call me to notify me of said change. Most of the time the call has been 1-2 months in advance of my leaving. Just curious if anyone else has had this happen with EVA or any other airline??? Do most airlines call their passengers to let them know or is it just EVA?
  14. Have personally stayed at Suan Bua Hotel the last time being Feb 2009. Very romantic setting, beautiful grounds and great large rooms. Very, Very, Very quiet hotel. It is only about 20 minutes from downtown Chiang Mai. Close to the Nite Safari. It is in area that is know for the garden resorts. Quite a few hotels in the hills that follow this theme but I liked this one the best.. If you can afford it book a junior suite. Great room, free drinks from 5-7pm in the open air lounge.   15. I always shipped items from the US to Thailand via priority mail flat rate box...Took 6-10 bus days. Larg box was $55 and could put up to 75lbs in it. Med box was $41 and could put up to 20lbs in it. Now these boxes ain't that large so dont think you could actually stuff 75 lbs into a large box. They always made it through fine.....
