Dinner was about $30 USD / person, but it was pretty good. When I say it was expensive $30 for Pattaya was up there. It was tasty, though, and we did have a good time overall... Photos from the web:

I reposted a video on youtube of our supperclub experience there. It was pretty empty that night. (it's processing at the moment. should be availble any minute)

I posted on this a while back. We had the supper on the supper club side. Expensive but it was alright and fun. They had a couple coyote girls come out and do a choreographed dance once while we were there eating. Nothing risque. Just dancing and out. After supper we went to the ice bar side. Good flavored vodka but not cheap. All in all a good time. If you're going to have more than a couple shots, it's better to pay for the all you can drink in set time limit (was it 30?) as it's probably a better value. All in all not bad fun if that's within your normal budget. (edit: added picture)

i've used agoda several times and have been happy with their service and prices. for residence garden I still book through here, though. can't beat that price :)

When I'm in a rush, I use PhotoGadget resizer. It's free. When I'm not in a rush, I use photoshop and tweak it at the same time. PhotoGadget is not lossless, so if you resize one or two times and rotate, you may end up degrading the quality of the picture quite a bit. Better to do it all at once in photoshop or gimp and then save it once. Take a look at the link below for some links to free image editors. Went there recently. 500 baht is for 25 min(? not 100% positive if it was 25 or 45) in their ice bar room, unlimited vodka. The vodka was damn good too.

Hungry, you left me out I had the cottage pie. Tasted good. Large serving. I wasn't used to Farang food and spent the night digesting, but that's on me, not the Vic :) Good times, good service, clean, temperature was good, food was tasty.

Looks great and the price is right. 245 doesn't sound too much at all. A few trips ago Beam & I ate up 800+ bhat worth of hot pot on the top floor of the royal, lol...and I didn't eat the most Good times, great memories.

It's funny this thread was still on top... I don't give money to beggers for all the reasons stated by PP and all, but today something happened that made me want to share :) I was shopping in Daly City, California and outside the empanada store there was this Pinoy, and older guy, playing a guitar and just singing it up. Quite unusual here. We don't usually have musicians on the street especially not at a little tiny strip mall. Anyways, it put a big smile on my face, as it got me thinking of my trips to Manila & Angeles...music and singing everywhere. Had a dollar in my pocket so I slipped in the bag he had hanging on the end of the guitar... ...which made him smile even more and you could "hear" the smile in his singing. After we finished shopping in the bakery, he gave me another hearty thank you and kept on singing. Sometimes life is just good.

I've seen it. - I had her drop me at the airport on the last trip (thanks Eddie for the tip) and it was fine. I'd use her again even though it's perhaps a couple hundred more than someone else, just because she's a great gal and the ride was completely hassle free. - Car is a Honda Civic equivilant (or was when I was there). - Went to the driving range with her and had a good time and she did help me to start hitting the ball straight and get some distance. - She's fantastic company, a great person and I wish her all the success in the world. If I can help in some way for the website, please contact me, as I can possibly provide hosting (at no cost) and have a front end (blog, joomla or whatever) installed for you. Her site looks to be minimal in terms of bandwidth demands so it'd really be no trouble to me at all.

Went there with Hungry & four or five girls once. It was fun, but imho a bit pricey (for LoS)...Hungry I'm sure, will disagree. I think we would both agree that it was good times, good food, with excellent atmosphere.

I was through the airport on the 4th of October, well...missed my flight on the 4th and was there on the 5th again. Traffic from Pattaya to the Airport can be really iffy (as in sucks so bad the taxi driver will get off the freeway and try to go through the towns), especially if there are accidents. There were several on the 4th including one that I'm presuming was a fatality. One victim was wrapped in white head to toe and one end was really bloody. looked like a giant tampon The airport itself seems to be improving quickly but still, allow yourself extra time. Give yourself *plenty* of extra time. good luck.
