Yesterday and today, around noon Thai time (GMT+7), the forum has been inaccessible for an hour or two. We've had to reboot the server each time.

Did you look at the link I provided? Seems we were both noticing the same inconsistencies. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2 -

No, yours is different, lol. The sign makers seem to have the same problem. I bank on that soi, and when I fill in the branch name, I always use BUAKHAO. -
DK Car & Motorbike Rentals(2 New bikes now available)
MM replied to PoolHustler's topic in Transport in Thailand
Poolhustler answered the question of insurance above in this post http://www.pattayatalk.com/forums/topic/56761-dk-car-motorbike-rentals2-new-bikes-now-available/?p=1029335 I believe you have what's called 3rd party insurance, which covers you mostly for damage or injury to others. Injuries to yourself, passengers, or for the motorbike itself (theft, collision etc) are not available unless you have travel insurance yourself. I doubt there is any bike rental business that can provide such coverage. -

I did a photo essay on the shop signs of Soi Boo Cow about 6 years ago...they still haven't got it standardized, and likely they never will. http://www.pattayatalk.com/forums/topic/29485-so-how-do-you-spell-the-name-of-this-soi/ -
The OP also said VOIP not telephone land-line, but that didn't stop you arguing.I found an old thread on Thai visa where someone claims to be operating a Bangkok (02) number from Japan using Cat2Call (obviously CAT) Also this was mentioned.....Deecall. Another mnetioned is Baht Call. This is the thread Oh, just to clarify..a 038 number is assigned with a landline, not a mobile nationwide number. Calling it landline was to distinguish it from mobile. Both can be connected as VOIP given the right setup. The main point I was making was that for it to be a "Pattaya number", it should have the 038 prefix...and yes, that could also be another city's number, but Pattaya only uses 038 (for landlines which are tied to a location). You have to be careful with such challenges.Whilst it may be unlikely that religion can account for the sheer numbers of Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot etc, it can do a pretty good example of brutality and blood-lust. I kind of think sawing off a living persons head is up there, as a basic example. I'd say the Spanish Inquisition, pogroms of Jews, the witch burnings, the burning at the stake of "heretics", all of which acts were by organized religion (Christian, in these cases), some acts lasting for centuries, would be examples...and rather than being instigated during the lifetime of a single atheist, were institutionalized by the religion itself.Of course we can only guess how many died as a result of these barbaric acts, but the numbers were significant. Good point...somewhat trollish, and why should we spend our time responding to someone who hasn't bothered to become a member of the board? Thread closed due to inanity. -

Why do you think that is what they should do? I mean, there aren't any rules on these social media sites. You approached them, you know they are Thai, you might try asking them if they read/write English in Thai before putting them down for not responding the way you think they should. Maybe send them something like this : คุณเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษหรือไม่ -
