And you thought Pattaya lacked 'culture'?

I'll bet they'll be doing some songs from Les Miserables (Claude-Michel Schönberg) as well... -

There's a good chance they'll be singing some songs from Phantom of the Opera, hardly classical, but if I recall correctly it was scored by Andrew Lloyd Webber . Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk -
I just had the pork loin special and it was indeed special. Lots of flavor with a variety of tastes from the perfectly tuned vegetable accompaniments to the mashed potato foundation Superb! The missus had the southern fried chicken on a sort of pancake...it was too exotic for her simple tastes, I think, but what I tried was deliciously crunchy and flavorful. She did eat all the chicken and vegetables though, but she left the potato(?) base it was on. I pretty much finished that. I believe this is a new item on the a la carte menu now. Get it while it's there! I was so full, I ha

I'll be there with bells on! -
I wonder if Nam's driver indicated somehow she was operating as a "taxi" and fell under a no-taxi rule? I've done a quick google search for any information about this, but not seen any restrictions on private passenger vehicles mentioned.

That sucks. I have been thinking about driving to Ko Chang and taking the car to the island. Sounds like a scam to force people to use the local transport, rather than an environmental issue. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Easy to check..you go to the SEARCH box at the top of the page, which defaults to THIS TOPIC, and type in the name of the movie or actor. It shows all the prior uses. Takes less than a minute. Or, if you have a eidetic memory, you can read all the posts.

Sessue Hayakawa (I have to confess, I had to look up the spelling on his first name)

So, what do you think about the reason for the sign being piled on the ground?

My chicken pot pie... As served...notice how flaky the crust is... Inside view...peas, carrots, chicken, pie stuff (I don't know what that liquid filling is) -
Right...as described in the rules given at the bottom of this opening post for the thread.

Jeez. "Educating Rita" had several well-known actors/actresses in it. The problem for those who followed was that all of them had already been used in answer to that movie's being posted. As it stands, the actress that was finally mentioned had several movies she was in (after the 24 hours elapsed, I checked), and the movie I chose had a well-known actor who can get us back on track. Still on SUMMER LIGHTNING

Indeed, looks like it's done or the victim of some serious vandalism. Two nights ago, there were 3 rather homely hello girls still touting for them. I have to say, I haven't bothered to go up that soi for at least 6 months. I shudder to think what it was like as the decline accelerated. Naturally, the best girls were off to greener pastures (possibly Glass House), leaving the harder-to-place ones behind. Of course, I doubt that changed their barfine price, so the value for money would take a beating.

Never saw the guy before, but his slapstick in this clip with the horn had me smiling..very good stuff. Sorry for the off topic...but thanks for mentioning this fellow. I think you should change your name back...it is SO YOU.

I had a chicken pot pie yesterday, after missing such for a decade or more. It was much better than a Marie C that I've always held as the standard. As you say, the crust is flaky and layers peel apart flawlessly. The pie inside was chicken, peas, and corn with a tasty filling. I'll be back. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
