$699USD vacation to BKK from JFK includes airfare

Does it mean they'd have to follow a flag each night? -
Let's hope so...and same for all the entertainment venues that might be on their upcoming target list. He and his supporters are doing their best to effect that.

I think of Yorkshire pudding as a blank by itself. I use it to soak up gravy and juices that come with the meat and then it's a good to eat them together. Yorkshire pudding on its own makes no sense.

I fear the decolletage in this picture will be forbidden as well. I really hope they aren't going to be that prudish, but this regime has continually surprised me with the actions they take...bridge clubs, red bowls, clicking LIKE on unapproved content, holding up 3 fingers, reading 1984...who knows where it ends?

Looks like this might be the last one with the sexy model outfits.... The cold hand of conservatism and control increases its grip. https://asiancorrespondent.com/2016/03/thai-authorities-to-restrict-sexy-motor-shows/

Like you, I've never heard the expression, nor do I know what it means even now.

Don't see how they can call that a wagyu. There are no signs of fat marbling and it looks like a typical Thai steak And, there's no way that's cooked medium rare...it looks more like medium to medium well, probably because the steak is too thin to really cook it to order.

All American Hotdogs & Snow Cones: The weird combo
MM replied to Gabor's topic in Restaurants and food
Yes..the real thing. It's my favorite sandwich, and I usually have one at Tigglebitties regularly. -
My favorite sushi restaurant, and echo your comments. The food is fresh, quickly prepared to order, the place is loud and has bad acoustics like an echo chamber, but for pure gluttony, it can't be beat. I'm always stuffed when I leave. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

All American Hotdogs & Snow Cones: The weird combo
MM replied to Gabor's topic in Restaurants and food
That's exactly how this sandwich is traditionally made. Kind of like your beans on toast, which I find appalling, it's a traditional thing. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk -

Okay, sorry to possibly bore you with yet more praises of The Rock Kitchen, but I continue to be astounded with the quality and value of the meals that are prepared by the chef. Today I went for the special, but it was gone by the time I got there, so I opted for the tomato bruschetta and the pasta with chicken and pesto. The bruschetta was huge as usual, and definitely took the edge off my appetite to the point where I worried about how I'd manage the pasta. Tomato Bruschetta 80 baht Not to worry..the chicken pasta with pesto was so good, I exceeded my normal meal intake to finish it.

This place is killing me! It's very close to where I live and she keeps putting up these daily specials that are irresistible! Here's today's special for 90 baht...

Further to this place, I popped in today for the Salt and pepper calamari served with salad for 90baht! I normally don't like calamari here in Thailand, preferring the Mediterranean batter fried style, which I've not seen much of here. Rock Kitchen nailed it today with this dish... I also photographed the menu for anyone who wants to give them a try... Pictures of some items on the menu... What it looks like from the street...nothing fancy here Dining area...needs more people! The chef, Kamon, and her partner... I think you get t

The prices and the relatively large portions might make this even acceptable to our most ardent frugal consumer
