Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

I have stayed here 3 times now and never had any real problems taking ladies back with me. However I have been asked to provide name of my second guest when I checked in. When I was unable to do so the day manager (male) gave me a bit of crap about an overnight fee, so be warned it maybe possible. However I was never stopped when returning from a night out on the town.

I have stayed at both of these and would only recommend Bella Villa Prima to you. Wireless is free, fast and good in every room. Whilst the basic rooms are smaller I think they are of better quality. The other factor for me is that it is a better location.

President Park, Davis or Sofitel ?
VaioLord replied to OJ's topic in Hotel and Accommodation Questions
I have stayed at the Davis many times and is is Guest Friendly, however they do not like you taking more than 1 lady at a time. If you book direct with the Davis via email you can often get a good deal. I uaually pay 2100 THB for the Corner Wing which I think is a very good rate. VaioLord -
Hi have stayed at the LKM many times during low season when the rates where as low as 1,200 Baht a night for 3 days or more. However in September the lowest eas 1,500 Baht a night and how they want 2,000 a night I am told. The hotel is nice, beds are great as they are new. Bathroom is not bad, but I hate that you have to step into the bath for a shower. I think it is one of the best hotels in the area for under 1,500 a night but at 2,000 or more it is overpriced. Also on my last visit the staff where getting a bit funny with wanting me to stick with one lady and put her on the register.

Hi sailfast, Yes your PayPal ATM will work over here but the exchange rate will be lower than a real banks ATM card. Don't worry about finding a t-shirt, if you can't just get one made very easy to do and you will see the shops all over the place. VaioLord

How about The Vault on second road which is not to far from walking street ? My next choice would be to try the new Murcure

I use AirAsia at least once a month for Domestic flights and they are just like BMI Baby in the UK. Some friends have had delayed flights but no problems for me so far. You will be fine, my only tip is to get the the start of the boarding line that way you can get an exit seat with leg room VaioLord

Hello Barbara, I would consider the following hotels, but distance from the action (Walking Street) should not worry you as nothing is more than 10 mins in a baht bus or 5 mins on a moto-taxi. Sheraton Pattaya Sugar Hut (No sea view) Dusit Hope that is a start for you, but am sure other will give you more ideas. VaioLord
