hi ya Paul, nana hotel all booked! so pickup around 1230 on june 1. i'm still deciding on whether to stay in soi 10 again at the seaview or in jasmine mansions on soi baukaow?

i would have used asiarooms to book a 4/5 star hotel b4 i fly back to uk but i read on another site that some of the hotels listed don't accept there bookings!

have any board members used this site to book any hotels? if so, are they any good? i usually use asiatravel which i've had no problems with but directrooms seem to be offering some cheaper hotels... any info thx in advance.

all booked!!! may 28 - june 17. so i will need a pickup around midday on june 1 from nana hotel. still awaiting confirmation though from the hotel. i wonder what all my friends & family say? 5 times in less than 18 months...

ethiopian airlines should be better? i flew with them from hongkong to bkk in feb '05, decent food, tv on rear seats, good service. emirates will be better but it will be more pricier...

hi ya Paul, its been a while! how's Jan & little Wombat? looks like i will be making one more trip at the end of may. i will be needing a ride on June 1st from a hotel somewhere in bkk down to pattaya around midday. i just have to go & book my flight now so i will let you know the exact dates & times later. this time though i'll be spending my first few days in bkk & the rest in pattaya with a few extra days at the end just in case! so hopefully there will be no more hassles for everyone concerned, thx...

this number (07744974590) seems to be working with orange uk your plan 200 contract. you could use your free minutes followed by network rate. i've received my statement and so far no charges using free minutes...

oops! i've never given them any extra money for transport or breakfast unless they were eating with me!!!

i believe if ur on orange or o2, you could use ur free minutes to make calls abroad using 07744 numbers. i'm trying a few at the moment. i'll post later if they work!!!

YES!!! it only costs about 200-300 baht for a sim. i still have my sim which i hope to be using soon. its even quite cheap to make international calls considering its a mobile!

LOL!!! etihad is a good airline considering all the bad reviews on airlinequality.com. almost on par with emirates. flew with them in january 06. personally not too bothered with IFE. you gotta love abu dhabi airport though! smoke away while waiting in line to check-in for connection!!!

it was true! i seen the price this past weekend as £396 ret on expedia but looks like its gone back to £413 ret. etihad was available for £357 ret on flights4less but again thats gone up now as well...
