The pool has been completed for quite some time now and thought I would post a few pics. It's on the 3rd floor and accessed by the elevator.

No trip to the pool is complete without a bikini:

The waterfall on the back wall is a nice touch

There are covered/shaded areas to sit:

Showers are all tiled in:

You can order food and also sit outside in a shaded area near the pool:

And onto the Jacuzi:

Wow! Quite an improvement over the old pool. I hope they maintain the new one better than they did the old one. Water was dirty..probably not filtered.

I like to hang out at a pool, but I will admit that I don't like the polluted air in BKK. Kind of takes away from the poolside experience.

I've stayed at the Nana several times, but did not know there was a pool !.

Must visit it next time to take in the scenery !.

Roland,

they have been remodeling the rooms as well. The remodeled ones don't smell like mold. Might surprise you :beer :nod

Mark, thanks for the great pics of the pool area! Have to admit it was still under construction the last time I was there.....well, as close as the parking lot anyway! :D :D

Thanks for the pics Mark. I've heard pros and cons about Nana but it seems to be alright for the price and location and the pool looks good.

I reckon everyone should try the Nana at least once. God knows it's got some rough edges, but there's probably no other hotel quite like it anywhere in the world. A bit like Thailand itself, in fact. 2guns

Try a Deluxe Room [553} and will be very surprised at the renovations, as it is huge with 2 TV's, sofa, loveseat and a table in an eating area.

1500 Baht and the rooms are bigger than the ones at the RG.......
