Gulf Air via Bahrain

I'm flying to LOS on 22 December with Gulf Air via Bahrain. Anybody know what their service is like?

 

Also, do they have booze on board or are they a "dry" airline? Same question about Bahrain - do they have duty free booze there and is it any cheaper than London?

4 hours in Bahrain.Shit sevice unless in Biz class & then not great.Booze on board.

Bahrain duty free cheaper than LHR,but not as cheap as BKK.

Inoticed a bit late but they have a 3 hour bed and shower for about ten pounds .you can change most currencies.if thats a help

I flew with them in November 02. London-Bahrain had a 34" seat pitch but only 31" from Bahrain-Bangkok in both directions. Stopover about 2 hours on way out which was not too bad due to novelty value of place. 3 hour stop on way back was like watching paint dry. Wish I had known about the 3 hour bed and shower.
