I am waiting for EVA to drop their Silver level access to the lounges. They are already dropping there priority luggage for Silver members. I still really like this airline but it is hard for me to attain Gold level to enjoy some of the more useful benefits.

London lounge Same Same

I just go to the Eva ticket desk and ask to buy lounge access, I am only green member of Evergreen club. It is worth the money if you have 2hours plus to wait.

Gerald I used this lounge in Nov.

It has nice seating with comfy sofas divided into sections.

Each section has a tv with cable.

There are plenty of snacks available, sandwiches, crisps, nuts etc.

Full selection of alcoholic and soft drinks.

The max stay is two hours so if you time it right it is a good place to relax before your flight.

Thanks bergerac....

When i land Bangkok on the 7th March 2005, i'll then travel up to Udon Thani, which means i'll have a 4 hour wait for that plane. As it's only £45.00 to travel Buss class with Thai air up to Udon Thani which lets you into the lounge, does anyone know if you have showers in the Lounge in terminal D

time for that update on my first class flight with Eva ...... £1700 return .... Frist i feel you cannot find anyone much better than BA, but the BA price is far to high. Ba does world travel plus for around £1400 which is a lot of money for what you get but after saying that Eva first class is not that much better you get a bigger seat with about 6 foot in front of you and thats it .... a big let down was the tv, about 4 or 5 ins. Many said better to go business

I am flying BA business class next week for £1250 return - only catch is I have to start my trip from Milan (as it's a special deal from Italy). So I also had to buy a one way ticket to Milan to connect (got a cheap BMI ticket) ...brings the total costs up to £1300 - a great price for BA business class and worth the extra half day to go via Milan.

hi i have just flown ever green deluxe imho the only way to fly worth the extra few quid compared to cattle class.Niall you say the lounge in bangkok is called the evergreen lounge can i use it for free or do i have to pay and also if you are flying evergreen deluxe can you use the lounge for free in heathrow many thanks :clap1

We're in cattle class Eva as no Evergreen available. How does it compare to BA? Do u get your own tv and free drinks. Also what's the food like, I was very impressed with BA's - they've upped their game!

Just booked onto EVA's maiden 777 flight from LHR in September. Premium Laurel Class (better than Business), 61 inch seat pitch, 170 degree seat recline, 10.5 inch video screen and all for £888. Gotta be the best deal going. 1luv

EVA economy crap , no seatback TV and poor seats. You should try for a minimum of deluxe and don't tell me you can't afford it because if added up all the money you wasted overpaying then you could afford to fly first class on BA :eyecrazy :D :clueless
