I'll be going back end of October, so might be interested, does West East have an Online facility, problem with the phone number is that it can only be dialed in the UK, or do they have a number that is a regular one

they have a website where you can book online, but the fare for £888 isnt published on their web-site yet! but you can just tell them the fare youre interested in and e-mail them! good luck!

What a difference three weeks makes. Just tried to book a trip with East West for late August and the best price was £1550 which they still had the gall to call a " promotional fare".

Just had a reply back from them that the offer runs until the end of December. I'd be surprised tho', if you manage to get a booking for the offer price during the EVA "Peak Season" (4 Dec ~ 31 Dec) :eyecrazy

monkeyman,

I just checked now to book my mother out (don't ask! ) 10-24 Nov (Thu to Thu). No problem with availability. I would assume that if you are looking for seats on Sat/Sun then they may be a bit thinner on the ground.

Just booked for September at £888, no problems.

Best to book over the phone as they've got a huge backlog of emails at the moment.

Tom,

From past experience on their A-330, I'll tell you it's great. Better than Business, and a little less legroon than first.

marleyboy,

The new 777s will be fitted for 42 Business Class, 63 Evergreen Deluxe and 211 Economy.

I understand the first of the new aircraft is due off the production line in the next couple of weeks for testing etc prior to delivery to EVA so hopefully some pics and more details of the new cabins will appear shortly afterwards.

Seating configs for EVA's B773ER according to Sabre seat maps:

Premium Laurel (Business) is 2-2-2.

Evergreen Deluxe is 2-4-2.

Economy Class is 3-3-3. Rows 45 and 60 (exit rows) are 3-X-3. In the rear (Rows 57, 69, 70, 71) are 2-3-2.

Still awaiting "official" word from EVA. Also, the first plane has been painted. I'm waiting for a pic and I'll link it here. I don't think I'll get pics of the interior, though.
