I've got a ticket which says you can change for £75 but does anyone know what restrictions are, e.g if u can only change on outward return. Or if u have to pay £75 + difference in air fair for the date you booked and the date u want to change to fly out?

If it is a discounted ticket it refers to the return date. You can normally change the return date after the date of outward travel (i.e. once you are in Thailand) either for free or for a nominal charge - in this case 75 quid.

The date you want to change it to must still be within the maximum validity of your ticket. e.g. 1,3,6,12 months etc.

Not forgetting that there must be seats available on the date you want to change to

I've found from practical experience that due to EVA's popularity it is difficult to

impossible to change your return ticket.

I changed my return date last year no problem if you travel evergreen or better there is no charge. BUT it must not be one of the 30 Day special offer tickets which are non-refundable and cannot be changed in any way. My tip don't buy one they are only 25 quid cheaper than Ourstravel charge for a 6 month changeable ticket.

PS I did however notify them at the end of January that I wanted to change my return from the end of February to the end of March so they had plenty of notice. They kept both dates booked for me for 24 hours so I could make arrangements to change my pickup at LHR.
