Just had a call from my lawyer who's just told me NOT to open on sunday night.

Normally we open at 10pm with the signs off and a policeman in the bar to make sure of no problems from authorities but he's advised not to do this, only open after midnight (the source is a high up policeman for Chon buri district ie- The big ones).

Just got back from a two week stay in Pattaya, and guess what, our last night was Saturday. We were all set for a good last night blow out, What a dissapointment.

We did manage to find an upstairs bar in Walking Street selling beer which was packed but well hidden from the Police. Later we wents to a friends hotel bar who was happy to sell us beer, only for the police to follow us in and arrest the the young lady that selled us the beer, we later found out she had to pay a 15K fine... for selling two bottles of Heiniken.

Down Soi 7 & 8 beer was been openly sold and also a bar on the front, the police must of known! seems very strange to me.
