Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Only if you like noisy, dirty and simply LOVE PURPLE !

If it's the best you can find online, I would make a reservation for three days and walk the area during the day to find something better. For 15,000 baht per month and nearly two months, even in high season, you should be able to find something very nice in an apartment.

If you HAVE TO HAVE daily maid service I would guess it's a good enough deal at that price.

The location is great IMO. You can hop any bus going north and get off at Pattaya South Rd and Second Rd, one block away from the Walking Street Arch. Get home via Second Rd and Soi Diana Inn. Easy. It's walking distance from Soi 7/8 area.

Good luck,

I see your now a member, welcome to the board. Those places that I mentioned on your earlier post for around 5K a month are newer and better rooms than this place. I wouldn't stay there for half the price that they are quoting you.

Stayed there in Nov for 4 nites.

Just dont let the front of hotel fool you (looks nice out front with the restaurant and pool and all) but rooms were very worn and very old. Lights are dim and bathrooms need touch up (big time)-now U know why they have dim lights.

Good for few nites only but 2 Months!--forget it, go elsewhere.

Book a hotel for a few nights and then go visit hotels there. Staff will have no problem showing you around the rooms in the hotels.

Don't tie yourself into a 2 month stay anywhere, before you have seen it, as for the RG and noise??? I've seen some posts complaining about the traffic from the street, but personally I don't think it's bad, never even notice it to be honest and for a 2 month stay, you will need a comfortable place like the RG with seperate bedroomsa and cooking facilities. I stayed in Siam Sawadee about 2 years ago, cheap but basic, it's ok for a short stay where you spend little time in the hotel. But for 2 months, no way

yes i have booked a room at the rg for 2 monhts because it is the best deel i have seen on the internet. i am thinking about sending my friend to the merry inn because he has not booked anything for himself yet. he has to learn by his mistakes. i am thinking about talking to ib at the rg and maybe trying to offer him cash for the stay and see if dont get some discount like that. also i am thinking about just renting the appartment for maximum one monht because the idea of traveling maybe to japan ore somwhere is interesting to me. but i have been trying to book a room for mi friend and i almoust always get a negative reply. can it be that averything is full? and what about these floods in bangkok do you think there is some risk of floods in pattaya ore maybe a lot of people who where going to bangkok will be going to pattaya and everything will be packed wiht tourists? :chogdee2
