It's really not difficult to find a hotel room in Pattaya - especially in low season :D

Having said that I also prefer to prebook a room - at least for the first night or two - much more comfortable to look at hotels without the luggage and after a night with a nice companion :bj1

Nova Park has ESPN and STAR sports (also HBO sophon cinemax) great for live footie. Also it's attached to Jamesons if your a sports fan who likes a little atmosphere. I've just come back from a week there though I found the suites very ordinary at 1900 per night. Pool area is nice though shaded after 3pm. I think the studio rooms would be better value at 1500. Definitely guest friendly.

Even out of high season I would book some accommodation. If you are new to Pattaya then book for a few days for sure.

same same

in last couple dozen trips I have booked for a couple nights and then looked around and negotiated prices after I see room.

did this again last week and got nothing but fully booked come back tommoro. ended up swiching hotels 3 times in a week.

it is low season but demands for rooms is high, because of eastern europe's, janpaness and china familys is my quess

i recommand booking before.

cheers

rb

Was going to book a Studio Room at the Nova Park, but when they asked for a credit card to hold the reservation, I passed

Hi,

Seems the type of place you should have no problems in that regard IMO.

on soi 8 there many good hotels flipper eastiny and sunshine are nice hotels and in lowseason do discount prices and if you pay for 3 days up front you gat 1 day 4 days for the price of 3 and if you pay for 5 days you can stay for 7 so you get 2 days free and if you pay for 7 you can stay 10 days so you 3 days for free
