been open a month

Timhotel sounds interesting and good promo price if swimming pool is finished,not bothered if restaurant etc not ready.Have emailed them to confirm a few things as I may look to stay there when I arrive in 2 weeks

Email got bounced back, I presume as website not really live as stating hotel open soon,will just have to check it out in person when I get there.

Good news for me as I'll be across the street from Welkom Inn - but unless their demolishing buildings, if memory serves theres an empty lot across from Welkom Inn, next door to Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartments.

 

 

Also, it looks like there is a new complex going in on 2nd road between Soi 4 and 5. Not sure as they were just pouring the slab at the end of my trip.

Good news about the new beer bar complex. I always stay at the Sabai Lodge, and have frequented most of the Soi 2 beer bars. I like them, but you know what they say about picking up bar girls on the soi you're staying. Needless to say, I'm a known target on Soi 2, and it's nice to have some fresh action close by.

when i left 2 days ago, they had trucked in dirt, spread it around

looks like ready for foundation

 

man, i miss it already even though i am still slutting around in bkk

Did you ask just one gal or this is what every gals request and did they accept any of your counter offers for less?. This dont seem right as just late last year, most were willing to accept 500b ST and 1000LT after some negotiating.
