Does your GF need a job?

Seriously……

As some of you know I have just moved to Pattaya and I am in the process of opening up a real estate franchise. It’s all legit and above board. Check out www.siamrealestate.com

I am looking for an office assistant/sales lady. Preferably with own transport and good local knowledge. She needs to have excellent English, good computer skills and some experience working in an office environment. Must be a Thai national and have all the correct legal documents.

I am offering a good salary, commission, expenses and excellent future prospects for the right person.

Please PM me or email pattaya@siamrealestate.com to set up an interview.

Thanks

Adam

I know the perfect lady for you. But there is no sense in introducing you unless you can afford to pay her about 40 k a month and even then I'm not sure she would accept. The lady in question worked in a computer store for 6 years, a real estate office for 3 - 4 years and is currently managing a restaurant. Her English is excellent. Do you want to meet her?

Cheers

Look in the Pattaya Trader website classifieds. There are quite a few girls advertising in there with the skills you require. Possible to get one from 10-12k though as Irishman says if you want REALLY top notch (driven, motivated, hard working, etc) you could be looking at 40k+.

The lower salary end I mention will get you "passable" English but if you really do want "excellent" English then again you are moving up the salary scale quite rapidly. Most of the Real Estate agents here seem to settle for girls with "good/passable" English - I know I have dealt with many of them in the last few weeks.

I know one 22yo in BKK who might fit your bill but she is earning way in excess of the figures quoted with a nasty BMW habit to support. If you are interested PM me.

Whitespider and Irishman,

Thanks for your replies.

Basic salary is around that 8 to 10k mark but the commission can bump it up depending on how good she is.

It sounds as if both of these ladies are probably over qualified for what I need. But thanks for your interest and suggestions.

Cheers!

Flash - I had a feeling that might be the case. I didnt mean to be "negative" but you won't get one with "excellent" English (depending on your interpretation tho') for that price. Degree holders, who are USUALLY the excellent English speakers are naturally loathe towards commission paying jobs as they tend to see that as beneath them.

Your best bet is to lower your expectations a LITTLE and accept one with "good" English - as I said there are quite a few advertising in Pattaya Trader at around the 10-12k mark.
