High / Low Season in Cambodia

I will be taking a side trip to Phnom Penh during my next visit in September, and I was wondering if they have a High and Low season like Pattaya. I know the weather pattern will be similar, but does the tourism trade match season for season with what we see in Pattaya.

 

Also, for those who are in LOS or have been in the last month, how does this Low season compare to the last couple? More people or less?

Not sure about PP but Sihanoukville was very quiet when I was there a couple of weeks ago so I would expect the same.

Going over on the ferry there was 6 Westerners, 3 of us from OZ, 2 Americans and a Canadian.

Coming back to Koh Kong was similar, about 1/3 full so most people had a row of 3 seats to themselves.

 

Very quiet up on the hill and so was the beaches.

Monsoon season coming soon so will only get quieter down there.
