If you are standing on the sidewalk/pavement in front of Carrefour on Pattaya Klang and are facing east looking toward Sukhumvit you will see a 4 story building across the street on the corner. This building is painted orange and there's a 7/11 on the ground floor.

Go to Pattaya clang(central Pattaya rd)and stand outside Carefour ( on the left if coming from Beach Rd ) look around if you cant see 4 7/11sI will eat Your TGs pussy.Having got this far walk to all 4 and see if your friends are in any of the 4.Next time make sure you know the location of the place you agree to meet up.
