ok guys , i have an unexpected vacancy , running from today until october 24 th. thats 10 nights .

 

normally it is 850 b a night to stay at the rockhouse , so 10 nights makes it 8500 b.

 

but im in my usual fun mode and want somebody to take up this offer at a bargain price , so make me an offer and if its near enough my idea of a fair offer ,its yours .

 

so go on guys , make that offer , now .

 

first offer to be deemed acceptable wins .

I'm assuming, like me that the people who are "there" already have accomidations or arn't getting into LOS till after the timeframe, but best of luck anyway

Bit of a shiter that if someone lets you down at the last minute and you've not got a deposit.

 

A few years ago there were loads of threads about guys booking 3 or 4 rooms in high season then just picking the one they wanted without cancelling and look at it now, everywhere wants deposits and no-one wants to give them their credit card details.

 

What would be a fair deposit anyway ? 25% ?

I'm paying 500 incl brekkie at Travellers Rest just over the road so doubt whether that can be bettered unless we're talking free bar fines ...... More interested in diff locations - e.g. soi 1-3, soi 12-13 but might just stay put... Your girlies are just over the road in'it?

pete nothing wrong with your offer ,its near enough the average nightly rate i have in my head, but im trying to sell it off as a whole package , so as to have it full every night.

The chances of there being someone who is about to go to Patts for a week in the next day or so and happens to read your post is slim

i get your point .but thats not who the post is aimed at . i am sure there areseveral people in town right now lookingforaccommodation , some might be justarriving , some might be not too happy were they are now andwant a move .
