NORTHUMBRIA POLICE STATEMENT:

A man has been found dead in The River Tyne this morning wearing a Newcastle United shirt, fish net stockings, suspenders and a black crotched thong. The man was also said to have a lemon inserted in his anus.

 

Police have removed the shirt to save his family any embarrassment.
